Our Children’s Ministry serves children from birth through 5th grade. During the 9:30 am Worship Service, the nursery is staffed for infants and toddlers through 3 years old. Children’s Church is offered for children ages 4 years old through 5th grade. The children begin in the sanctuary with their parents and leave with the Children’s Church leaders prior to the sermon to go to their very own worship room for a lesson, music, games, crafts and activities. We believe children benefit from both worshiping God with the whole church and worshiping God in creative, active ways that help them understand Jesus and God’s Word at their level.
Following Children’s Church, children transition to Sunday School, where they are divided into two age groups, ages 4 through 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade through 5th Grade. By grouping children closer in age, we are able to provide lessons and activities that are more appropriate for each age group.

- Kids Choir events

- Discipleship Class for children interested in Baptism
- Advent/Christmas Celebration (Parents Night Out)
- Journey to Easter event on Palm Sunday
- Vacation Bible School
- Trunk and Treat
- Children are encouraged to attend Summer Church Camp at Lake Springfield Baptist Camp.
